Refund and cancellation policy

MetroSgnl Pro is a monthly subscription at $39 per month. It renews automatically each month until you cancel. There is no fixed term and no long-term commitment.

You can cancel anytime from your account settings, or by emailing hello@metrosgnl.com. When you cancel, you keep Pro access until the end of your current billing period, and you are not charged again.

If you are not happy with Pro, email us within 14 days of your first payment and we will refund that payment in full.

After that 14-day window, monthly payments are non-refundable, because you have had the month of access. You can still cancel anytime to stop any future charges, and you keep access until the end of the period you have already paid for.

If you were charged in error, or charged more than once, contact us and we will refund the incorrect charge.

Payments are processed by Polar, acting as merchant of record for your purchase. Polar's terms also apply to the transaction, and refunds are issued back to your original payment method.

If you pay in a currency other than your own, your bank or card issuer may apply a conversion rate or fee that is outside our control.
